All items are final sale. Refunds/exchanges are not provided under any circumstances for any reason. If there is an issue with your order it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation to your address. Issues reported after that timeframe will be deemed invalid and not our responsibility. We do not replace items that fade, break, etc after use as this is fashion jewelry, hence the extremely low prices. However we do stand by the quality of our products.
